Mooresville, IN – State Representative Craig Haggard (R-Mooresville District 57)
issues the following statement on the reported car accident involving Representative Jim Baird
“We were saddened to learn of the car accident involving Jim earlier today. Brooke and I wish him a full and speedy recovery and extend our thoughts and prayers to the Baird family during this time.
While we may have disagreed on policy issues over the years, Jim’s service to our
country and to Indiana deserves respect, and I want him and his family to know they
have our support. Out of respect for the family, our campaign will refrain from further
comment at this time.”
